  4. Create a sitemap. Submit to Google Search Console.
  5. Site should have About, Contact, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service Pages and 404 Page. (Landing Pages/Business Profile Sites)
  6. Server should be close to your targeted area.
  7. Site should load fast. (Optimal speed less than 400ms).
  8. Site should be Mobile Friendly.
  9. Site should have favicon,
  10. Site should work on all browsers (I.E, Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, etc.).
  11. URLs should be short and descriptive i.e www.yoursite.com/services/calgary-landscape
  12. Make it easy to share your content (I.e. Facebook, twitter share buttons etc. …).
  13. Create and link all your business social media to and from your website.
  14. Install Yoast SEO (WordPress Only)
  15. Check and Fix all broken links.
  16. Optimize Your HTML. I.e., all image tags should have ALT, Every Page Needs a Unique Title etc ...
  17. Utilize Lighthouse (Inside Google Chrome developer's tool), test your website. And fix all issues.
